About Us

Monarch Seniors Club is a welcoming social community where seniors connect, share experiences, and make lasting friendships.

At Monarch Seniors Club (MSC), we understand that as we age, maintaining connections and fostering friendships becomes increasingly important. Our club provides a welcoming environment for seniors to come together, share experiences, and form lasting bonds. Through various activities and events, we encourage our members to engage socially, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation. By prioritizing friendship and community, MSC supports seniors in leading fulfilling lives and enjoying their golden years to the fullest.

KAMS BACKGROUND FOUNDER OF 'MSC'.

Kingsway Arms Management Services (KAMS) was established in 1997 by Patrick Byrne to provide acquisition, development and management services for retirement residences in suburban centres and towns.

  • KAMS  built a branded portfolio of retirement residences across Canada representing the mid-market independent / supportive living / memory care niche.

  • KAMS had 10 seniors residences comprising a total of 1070 suites, form 1998 to 2016.  Each home offers neatly appointed suites ranging from 400– 600 square feet in size. The properties are recognized as upscale 3-4 star facilities.

  • KAMS has also coordinated, designed, built, leased-up four new retirement residences in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Ottawa . Its innovative design approach leverages functionality and efficiency with comfort and affordability.

  • KAMS was also one of the first companies in Canada to offer assisted daily living packages back in the late 1990's - administering daily medication, incontinence care, services for cognitive impairment and palliative care.

  • All KAMS properties are members of, and have received the highest accreditation issued by, the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA), a voluntary professional association which sets operating standards and accredits retirement homes across Ontario.  ORCA’s policies, procedures and standards are expected to become the basis for the provincial regulatory body.

  • KAMS’ management team has a wealth of experience in the seniors housing sector, with backgrounds in finance, operations, policy development, accounting, acquisitions, project development, government affairs and healthcare.
